We bottle a limited number of our Estate Tuscan extra virgin olive oil each year. The Estate is beautiful expression of our Carmel Valley terroir, a story of land, sun, and time. This year’s Estate is a little more mellow than typical, but as fruity and complex as ever.

This classic Tuscan-style oil is pressed from Frantoio, Maurino, Pendolino, and Leccino olive trees imported from Tuscany, Italy to our orchard in Carmel Valley.
