Fruity Olio

Tastes like sweet plums, roasted almonds, pink peppercorns

We love dousing Fruity on just about everything, but a few faves include margharita pizza, zingy green salads, grilled salmon, and vanilla ice cream.

Verdi Olio

Tastes like fresh artichokes, green apple, and black pepper

Bold, but not overpowering, with a kick in the finish — we like to glug Peppery over grilled steak, fennel-sausage pizza, roasted broccoli, and chicory salads.

Handmade and hand-painted in Berkeley California, lh ceramics’ meticulous and playful designs are a perfect vessel for our olios. lh’s signature bold stripes offer a playful canvas for chartreuse-hued olio, and her raw earthy materials conjure the orchards that bear our variety and provenance-driven olio.

After firing each dip bowl, lh gently sands the bowl’s raw edge and exterior, revealing the material’s smooth finish and lovely patina.

Olive Oil Production Details

Fruity is made from organic Arbosana and Arbequina olives and Verdi is made from a blend of organic Koroneiki and Arbequina olives. The olives are sustainably grown in California and cold-pressed within 48 hours of harvest.
