‘24 NUOVO IS COMING!

Olio Nuovo is the first press of the new harvest — and it’s only available immediately after harvest. It’s the brightest, fruitiest olive oil there is — an evanescent seasonal delicacy that makes a perfect holiday gift.

WHY PREORDER?

This year, our beloved orchard produced fewer olives than in recent years, and thus we will have much less Nuovo than usual. These ebbs and fluctations are normal and healthy for our trees, but it does sadly mean far fewer bottle of Nuovo to share. If you love our Carmel Valley Estate Nuovo, we recommend pre-ordering to secure your bottles. We will harvest in mid November and send your bottles shortly thereafter.
