Cara Cara Mia, a play on "My Dear" in Italian reflects just how much affection with have for this orange variety and its exquisite blush-colored olio.

Pairs with peppery salad greens, roasted beets, gorgonzola and feta cheese, and bacon.

Cara Cara Mia is what the olio industry likes to call a "co-mill", where we mill fresh, whole, organic Cara Cara Oranges with just-harvested Arbequina and Frantoio olives, to create a pure citrus-olive oil that reveals the complexity and nuance of each fruit.
